About the Role
Sri Venkateshwara Auto Agencies is an automotive-focused organization serving customers with a range of vehicle-related products and services in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Inventory Control Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update systems to reflect incoming and outgoing materials.
- Assist with physical inventory counts.
- Reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving personnel.
- Organize stock in storage locations.
- Prepare and verify documentation for shipments.
- Support unloading and loading activities.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and labeled correctly.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy, support timely order fulfillment, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Inventory Accuracy
- Inventory Control
- Physical Inventory (including stock counts, cycle counts, and audits)
- Shipping & Receiving (including handling documentation, verifying quantities, and coordinating movement of goods)
- Forklift Operation or similar material handling equipment (following all safety guidelines; certification or training preferred)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse or inventory roles is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
