System Administrator

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure across offices and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, desktops, and other IT infrastructure.
• Monitoring system performance.
• Managing user accounts and permissions.
• Applying security updates and patches.
• Ensuring data backups and recovery procedures are in place.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Providing timely technical support to staff.
• Collaborating with vendors or service providers.
• Maintaining network connectivity.
• Enforcing IT policies.
• Documenting configurations and procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology for managing servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support.
• Experience in Network Administration, including managing routers, switches, firewalls, and LAN/WAN environments.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, backup and recovery, and access control.
• Ability to work on-site, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with construction or project-based organizations, and familiarity with industry-specific software, is an advantage.
