About the Role
The Jewellery Designer will work full time on-site in Delhi, India, creating original designs for diamond and fashion jewelry collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Sketching concepts
- Preparing detailed drawings
- Developing product designs aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends
- Using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to refine designs and prepare technical specifications for prototypes and production
- Collaborating with merchandising, production, and sales teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet quality standards
- Researching trends, materials, and customer preferences to support new collections and custom projects
Qualifications & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Jewelry Design and Product Design, with the ability to create original and market-ready concepts
- Proficiency in Drawing and sketching to communicate design ideas clearly and accurately
- Experience designing Fashion Jewelry, with understanding of current styles, materials, and consumer preferences
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for jewelry, such as Rhino, Matrix, or similar tools
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, gemstones, metals, and setting techniques
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and durability
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and artisans
- Relevant diploma or degree in jewelry design, product design, fine arts, or a related field
- Portfolio demonstrating design work is required.
