About the Role
We are looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full spectrum of inpatient care, including admissions, discharges, and ongoing hospital care. You will work with an experienced physician team, receiving comprehensive support and training, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will also contribute to the development of a new inpatient care model.

- New Night Differential: $216 per night shift
- Flexible block scheduling, including but not limited to 7-on/7-off

Requirements & Tech Stack
- CAQ in Hospital Medicine (preferred for PAs)
- Current Board Certification
- Active Arizona License
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Current Prescribing Privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
- Patient-Centric Team Player
- Highly Qualified New Graduates Considered
