About the Role

Tech_Leafe_Technologies is a growing technology company focused on delivering digital solutions that help organizations improve their online presence and performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will analyze and improve website performance to increase organic visibility and traffic across search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research.
• Perform SEO audits.
• Optimize on-page elements.
• Manage link-building initiatives.
• Track and report on key SEO metrics using web analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement best practices.
• Stay current with search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research.
• Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits.
• Proficiency in planning and executing ethical Link Building strategies.
• Skill in using Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO techniques, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (such as WordPress) for implementing SEO recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role is preferred.
