About the Role
Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking an Outreach Executive to develop relationships with community members and engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health, with the goal of them becoming patients. This role will work closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales
- Generate leads by engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach.
- Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending meetings for updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives.
- Prospect and cold call assigned prospects and new leads.
- Nurture prospective patients and prospect for new patients via email, phone, and networking with an ambitious mentality.
- Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers (CRM), other Outreach Executives (OEs), and Outreach Managers/Directors to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents (IAs).
- Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage them and drive new patient growth in the assigned territory.
- Capture and record customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other business systems.
- Act as a point of contact for the clinical team/center team for any patient-related questions.
- Resolve concerns and complaints from new prospects and patients by understanding their issues or directing them to the appropriate Oak Street employee.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities served (where necessary).
- US work authorization.
- Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
- Time Type: Full time
- Typical Pay Range: $18.50 - $35.29 per hour.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay.
