About the Role
7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee to join their team. This role is for individuals who enjoy working as part of a restaurant management team and have previous supervisory experience. The program focuses on developing employees for success, with many top managers starting in entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
- Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards.
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred: Word, Excel).
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience is desired.
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
