About the Role

Hyatt's Corporate Management Training programs are seeking individuals to join their team. This program offers an opportunity to experience all facets of hotel operations and start a fast-paced career with Hyatt Hotels, specifically within the Food and Beverage division.

Program Details

• Food and Beverage Corporate Management Training Program
• Approximate length: 6 months
• 6-week rotation through various hotel departments
• 18-week concentration in Food and Beverage Operations
• The program is designed for recent Hospitality college graduates aiming for hotel management positions in the Food and Beverage division.
• Rotational schedule will include Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Rooms, and Sales & Catering.
• Salary range: $51,800.00 - $74,300.00. Final salary depends on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a preferred minimum G.P.A. of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-week rotation through various hotel departments.
• Engage in an 18-week concentration in Food and Beverage Operations.
• Gain experience in other divisions including Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Rooms, and Sales & Catering.
