About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation for Modcon’s real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts.
• Create and schedule content.
• Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions professionally.
• Track and analyze web and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and audience engagement.
• Skills in Web Analytics, including tracking key metrics, interpreting data, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to create clear messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
• Prior experience in real estate or property development marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
