Resident Assistant, Meadowbrook

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Caregiver to join our Resident Services Department at Meadowbrook memory care! This is a full-time opportunity.

Compensation

Earn between $16 and $17/hour, dependent on experience.

Shifts

• 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2 PM - 10 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
• Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provide or obtain assistance with care as necessary
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents
• Uphold resident rights at all times
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Must have the ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
