About the Role
Hiring for HR Recruiter for Axis Services in Hyderabad. This role is for Female Candidates Only with Day Shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates for various roles.
- Conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinating interviews.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HR Recruitment, Domestic Voice Process, International Voice Process, or Non-Voice Process is preferred for experienced candidates.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 3 months of experience in relevant fields.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Day shifts only.
Salary Details
- For Freshers:
- First 3 months: ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 per month.
- After 3 months: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on interview performance.
- For Experienced Candidates:
- Up to ₹25,000 per month.
- Decent hike based on previous CTC and interview performance.
