About the Role
The Flutter Developer Intern will support the development of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart in a remote internship role.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing UI components.
- Integrating APIs.
- Writing clean and maintainable code.
- Assisting with debugging and performance optimization.
- Collaborating with senior developers and designers.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Helping translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Documenting features.
- Testing functionalities.
- Learning best practices in modern software development processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Dart, Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript).
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts such as RESTful APIs, JSON data handling, and server-side integration.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, reusable, and scalable code.
- Familiarity with Flutter framework and mobile app development basics is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work remotely, collaborate in a distributed team, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field) is beneficial.
