About the Role
As a Business Owner at VOYGR, you will be fully responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and sustainable growth of the company. You will further develop the company strategy, make key business decisions, and represent VOYGR to customers, investors, and strategic partners. On a daily basis, you will coordinate product and technology initiatives, monitor financial metrics, build high-performing teams, and foster an innovation-driven company culture. You will identify new market opportunities, define priorities, and ensure VOYGR provides measurable value to its customers through high-quality location data. This role is full-time and on-site in the Pune Division.

Qualifications
- Business Leadership & Strategy: Extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, scaling companies, and leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Product & Technology Understanding: Strong affinity for data and AI-driven products, ideally experience with geo- or location data, API-based solutions, and data-driven product development.
- Finance & Operations: Knowledge of budget planning, financial controlling, KPI management, and building efficient business processes and structures.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management with customers, investors, and partners, including presentation and networking skills.
- Personal Attributes: Strong entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness, resilience, accountability, and the ability to motivate teams and drive change.
- Education & Background: A completed university degree is desirable.
