Key Responsibilities

• Deliver uncompromising, A-grade motion graphics and visual content for current client needs using After Effects.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Kling, and Higgsfield, and AI workflows to enhance creative output and scale work.
• Understand that precise edits and motion designs serve as crucial data for AI systems.
• Translate one-line strategic briefs into world-class visual campaigns, owning the visual craft from concept to final render.
• Contribute unique and creative ideas, fostering a collaborative environment that values raw talent.
• Continuously learn and expand knowledge, building a portfolio with impactful work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Deep proficiency and obsession with After Effects, including motion design, tracking, compositing, and kinetic text.
• Proven experimentation with AI video generation tools, viewing AI as a scaling mechanism for creative genius.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, Kling, and Higgsfield.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and skill; the portfolio is considered the sole qualification.
• Demonstrates an "insanely driven" attitude to produce beautiful, smart, and effective work.
• High levels of hunger, drive, and adaptability.
