Graduate Management Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee – MT-2 who wants to build a career in business, strategy, operations, sales, and execution. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and real business problems, decision-making, negotiations, cross-functional execution, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with leadership on high-priority business projects
• Take ownership of projects from problem identification to execution
• Support business development, sales, partnerships, procurement, and operations
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and business analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external partners
• Handle calls, negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions
• Identify gaps and proactively develop solutions
• Track project timelines, targets, and outcomes
• Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, presentations, and productivity
• Work across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications

• Freshers with strong academic performance, internships, leadership experience, entrepreneurial exposure, or exceptional project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, operations, strategy, startups, influencer marketing, or similar high-ownership roles can also apply.

Preferred Education

• BBA, BMS, B.Com, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Business Management, MBA/MMS, or related disciplines.

Compensation & Growth

• ₹5–6 LPA starting compensation
• After 3 Months: Performance review, revised up to ₹8 LPA, based on performance, ownership, and demonstrated capability.
