About the Role
Ripple is growing its Houston team and looking for a Brand & Communications Assistant to support work across fast-moving consumer industries including financial technology, digital services, and telecommunications. This is a hands-on, people-focused position combining marketing, customer engagement, brand communication, and campaign coordination. The role involves working alongside an energetic team, helping bring campaigns to life, communicating directly with customers and businesses, and learning how major brands build awareness, acquire customers, and grow their presence in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
- Communicating brand messages clearly and professionally
- Engaging directly with customers and business representatives
- Helping coordinate campaign activity and local market initiatives
- Building strong relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
- Tracking campaign activity, customer feedback, and results
- Working closely with colleagues across marketing, business development, and client relations
- Developing a strong understanding of the industries and brands represented
