Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. This opportunity is open to freshers, full-time candidates, part-time creators, and freelancers who have a strong interest in social media and digital content creation. Candidates who actively create content and have a strong Instagram page, personal content portfolio, or social media presence are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create Reels, short-form videos, social media posts, stories, and commercial content.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and captions.
• Research current social media trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas.
• Create content aligned with brand requirements and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and other creative teams.
• Assist with content planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
• Monitor content performance and suggest new creative ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest and understanding of social media and content creation.
• Good knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to understand trends and create engaging content around them.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently conceptualize and create content.

Qualifications

• Freshers with strong creative skills.
• Candidates with a personal Instagram page or content portfolio.
• Freelancers and part-time content creators.
• Student creators with good practical content-creation skills.
• Experienced content creators looking for freelance or part-time opportunities.
• Candidates with commercial video/content creation experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in creating commercial videos, promotional videos, brand content, or social media campaigns will be a strong advantage.
• Prior experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, Video Creator, or Freelancer is a plus.
• Candidates with a strong Instagram page or successful personal content portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

For freelance and part-time candidates, payment will be based on their portfolio, content quality, experience, and the scope of work. For full-time candidates, salary will be discussed based on skills, experience, and portfolio.
