Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end users.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 0-3 years in a voice role.
- Freshers: 2022-2026 passouts are eligible.
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office).
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (except law/diploma).
