Genpact Walk-in: Voice Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for the end-user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 0-3 years in a voice role.
- Passouts: Freshers (2022-2026 passouts).
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office only).
- Mandatory Documents:
- 2 Passport size photographs (one to be pasted on resume).
- 2 copies of resume.
- Original Aadhar card.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Any Graduate (except law/diploma).
