About the Role
This role is for Record To Report position at Genpact, specifically seeking CA freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & consolidations
- Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
- Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
- Review & Performing Month End Close activities
- Prepare & Review of Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations
- Handle quarterly intercompany process
- Resolution of Balancing Items
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experienced Accounting Knowledge (with Closing & reporting experience)
- Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
Qualifications
- Qualified CA with BCom / BBA/ MCom / MBA
