Job Title: Voice Role (Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for the end-user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 0-3 years previous experience in a voice role.
- Graduation: Any graduate except Law/Diploma.
- Passouts (for freshers): 2022-2026.
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office only).
