Job Title: Voice Role - Customer Service
About the Role
Genpact is hiring for a Customer Service Voice role in Hyderabad. This is a walk-in drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for the end-user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Voice role experience: 0-3 years.
- Flexible with any shift.
- Work location: Hyderabad (Office-based).
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Any Graduate (except Law/Diploma).
- Freshers: 2022-2026 passouts are eligible.
