Walk-in Drive: Voice Role - Genpact, Hyderabad

Walk-in Timings: 12 PM to 1 PM
Venue: Genpact, F9P5+3FV, Hafeezpet Rd, Vinayaka Nagar, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049
Role: Customer Service Voice Role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for the end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous experience in a voice role is required.
- Flexible with any shift.
- Work location: Hyderabad (Work from office only).
Qualifications
- Graduation: Any graduate (except Law/Diploma) is eligible.
- Freshers: Only 2022-2026 passouts are eligible for the fresher experience range.
