About the Role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring for full-time, permanent Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member positions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to workplace safety.

Work Schedule & Pay

• Work Schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekends
• Shifts Available: 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5:00 pm to 4:00 am
• Starting Pay: $14.80 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial Associate, you will perform the following duties within designated work areas:

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash.
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times.
• Cleaning totes and other items.
• Performing deep cleaning as needed.
• Following all safety and quality standards.
• Completing other basic janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to walk in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required).
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation).
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software is utilized for work hours, attendance, training completion, and employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use this app on their personal mobile devices for clocking in/out.
• Cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
