Client Manager Intern

About the Role

The Client Manager Intern will support school clients in effectively using the StackERP School Management System and understanding its features. This is an internship role, based on-site in Jaipur, requiring regular interaction with clients and the team at the local office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding.
• Gather requirements from clients.
• Document use cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Provide basic training to users.
• Collect feedback to improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and explain software features and workflows.
• Strong aptitude for learning cloud-based ERP platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Good organizational and documentation skills for managing client information, requirements, and follow-ups.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Comfort with using web dashboards and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with education or school operations is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, demonstrate professionalism, and manage time effectively in a client-facing environment.
