About the Role

A365 Realtors is seeking a full-time, on-site Video Editor based in South Delhi. This role focuses on creating and refining video content for digital and offline channels, showcasing luxury properties, investment opportunities, and brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage, select key highlights, and add motion graphics and titles.
• Perform color grading to ensure a consistent visual style aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives.
• Plan video concepts and optimize content for various platforms such as social media, presentations, and client pitches.
• Manage media assets and maintain organized project files.
• Meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar).
• Strong visual storytelling ability.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of luxury branding and real estate presentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage timelines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating polished, professional property and brand videos.
• Skills in Video Color Grading to maintain a consistent, high-end visual aesthetic.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual elements.
• Relevant experience in video editing for marketing, advertising, or real estate.
• A portfolio or showreel is required.
• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred.
