About the Role
Unlockt Brands is seeking a highly-organized and proactive Sales Operations Associate to support retail partnerships and ensure smooth day-to-day execution as the company expands deeper into national retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations, decks, and marketing materials for buyer meetings across accounts.
- Assist with retail item setup, item submission forms, pricing sheets, and other retailer materials.
- Maintain internal documentation and shared drives, and perform data entry to ensure accuracy across systems.
- Track orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate product samples end to end (prep, packing, shipping, tracking).
- Support influencer and retail marketing initiatives, including product seeding, sample coordination, and outreach list maintenance.
- Track SKUs through production, monitoring manufacturing lead times and flagging risks to launch and creative deadlines.
- Support cross-functional coordination across B2B, operations, marketing, and finance teams, including customer inquiries and general administrative support.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong basic Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, willingness to learn, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with retailers, brand partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in CPG, retail, operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with retailer systems or item setup is a plus.
- Korean language proficiency is a plus.
