About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Business Analyst to support healthcare operations through data analysis, business reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data and collaborating with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze healthcare business requirements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Use Excel and SQL to analyze operational and healthcare data.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Document workflows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Data analysis
- Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Analytics, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of healthcare processes or medical data (an advantage).
Candidate Eligibility
- Recent Master’s graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to express interest.
- F-1 OPT and STEM OPT candidates may be considered.
