About the Role
QI LIFECARE is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist Doctor to join their dynamic healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the clinic and cross-functional teams to ensure excellent patient treatment and experience.
- Demonstrate high levels of patient ownership and organizational representation.
- Engage in continuous learning for clinical and professional development.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Accurate history taking, including detailed probing to identify necessary information for diagnosis.
- Detailed patient examination using various manual therapy techniques.
- Hands-on treatment:
- Exercise progressions and forms.
- Identifying trick movements.
- Understanding prohibited exercises and their rationale.
- Utilize technology for consistent diagnosis and treatment.
Process Responsibilities
- Record diagnosis and patient's functional goals, tracking them throughout the treatment journey.
- Record treatment progress at intervals and end-of-treatment outcomes.
- Manage all other operational processes related to the patient's journey within the organization.
Personality & Soft Skills
- Grooming & soft-skills development.
- Communication: Expectation setting.
- Handling barriers, such as explaining why a patient should choose conservative treatment.
- Handling sensitive situations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT): Candidates must have completed a 6-month internship.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT).
Training & Commitment
- Comprehensive 1-month training program focused on becoming a Spine Specialist.
- Ongoing mentoring for 2 months post-training for system induction.
- A 1.5-year deed of indemnity is required towards the training provided.
Shift Timings & Flexibility
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Candidates must be flexible to work in both shifts. Assignment of a permanent shift depends on business requirements.
