Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients across Japan.
- Generate qualified leads for IT consulting, enterprise AI, and software development services.
- Identify decision-makers, including business owners, CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders.
- Conduct prospect research, outbound outreach, and follow-ups through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
- Understand client requirements at a high level and qualify opportunities based on business needs.
- Maintain an organized lead pipeline and update CRM records.
- Schedule introductory meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or IT services marketing.
- Understanding of IT consulting, SaaS, software development, or AI services.
- Strong research, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify relevant prospects and engage decision-makers.
- Experience targeting Japanese companies or working with the Japan market is a strong advantage.
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
