Social Media Content Creator (Intern)

About the Role

The Social Media Content Creator (Intern) will support the brand’s digital presence by planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft engaging captions.
• Schedule posts.
• Assist with shoots and behind-the-scenes content.
• Adapt product stories into short-form videos, reels, and static posts.
• Perform basic community management, such as responding to comments and messages.
• Track performance metrics and share insights with the marketing and design teams.
• Collaborate closely with brand, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure visual and tonal consistency in all content.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, basic storytelling, and adapting brand narratives for digital platforms.
• Skills in visual communication, such as basic photography or videography, familiarity with mobile editing apps or simple design tools (e.g., Canva), and an eye for aesthetics aligned with fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Skills in social media management, including post scheduling, community engagement (comments and DMs), and the ability to track and interpret basic performance metrics.
• Skills in research and trend awareness, including monitoring fashion, sustainability, and social media trends relevant to modern professional wardrobes.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing or having recently completed studies in fashion, design, communications, marketing, or related fields will be preferred.
• Interest in sustainable fashion and women’s workwear is an advantage.
