About the Role
The Westin Tempe is seeking a PT - PM - Food Server for our SkySill Rooftop Pool Lounge.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests around the rooftop pool and cabanas.
- Answer menu-related questions.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English communication skills.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Ability to communicate well with guests.
- Willingness to "pitch-in" and help co-workers; be a team player.
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Qualifications
- Availability for AM/PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
