- International Contact Center (Voice Process - Inbound calls)
- Designation: Associate/Analyst
- Business Unit: Retail Banking Mortgages & Consumer Lending
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts.
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Process: Inbound Call
- Work Location: Sholinganallur and Ambattur - Chennai, India
- Must carry one Government ID proof.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in International Voice Process.
- Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
