This internship role as a Fashion Consultant is an on-site position based in Dehra Dun. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers with personalized styling advice, helping them select appropriate designer outfits and accessories for various occasions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer preferences.
- Explain product features and fit.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure a smooth rental experience from selection to return.
- Support store operations.
- Coordinate fittings.
- Handle basic sales and rental transactions.
- Provide thoughtful customer service aligned with the brand’s sustainable fashion ethos.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fashion Consulting skills, including an eye for styling, trends, and occasion-appropriate attire.
- Product Knowledge skills to understand designer labels, fabrics, fits, and care requirements.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build trust.
- Basic Sales skills to guide customers through the rental process and support conversion goals.
