Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Executive responsible for Learning & Development (L&D) and supporting end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, enjoys working with people, and maintains organized records.

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Identify training needs with department heads and build a monthly L&D calendar.
• Design and deliver induction, soft-skills, and on-the-job training for corporate and operations staff, both in-person and online.
• Create and update training content, presentations, and SOP-based modules.
• Run post-training assessments, collect feedback, and report on training effectiveness.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and an L&D tracker for every employee.

Recruitment

• Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with senior HR and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates through every stage, from application to joining.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker and candidate database.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of HR experience, handling corporate staff employees.
• Hands-on experience training staff employees.
• Very good communication, with strong spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with job portals and the screening process.
• Organized, with good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
