Its platform enables live classes, quizzes, notes, and an integrated e-commerce store to manage fees and learning materials. Creators Mind™ focuses on delivering best-in-class content and 24/7 support to address learners’ questions and enhance the teaching experience. Team members contribute to empowering educators with technology that simplifies and elevates online and offline education.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with educators and creators to understand their needs.
• Present suitable product solutions.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process.
• Prospect and generate leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records in sales tracking systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Address basic product queries.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve services.
• Meet sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Represent Creators Mind™ professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, education technology, or service-based industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
