About the Role

• This is a part-time, on-site role based at Chandak Advanced Dental Care & Implant Centre in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical dental care to patients.
• Diagnose oral health conditions.
• Develop and execute treatment plans.
• Perform procedures such as restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, and prosthodontic work, as appropriate to skill and training.
• Conduct thorough oral examinations.
• Review medical and dental histories.
• Take and interpret radiographs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and clinic standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and clinical workflow.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Registered BDS or MDS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental council registration.
• Clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Experience with diagnosis, restorations, extractions, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic procedures.
• Knowledge of implant dentistry principles and willingness to learn or enhance skills.
• Strong patient communication skills.
• Commitment to strict infection control, sterilization protocols, and clinical safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting.
• Comfort with basic dental software, digital radiography, and record-keeping systems.
• Prior experience in a private dental clinic setting and interest in long-term association with the practice are beneficial.
