About the Role

Amazon is seeking Team Leads for its transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management, and driving the operational plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and challenges in transportations operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement.
• Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
• Be data-driven: develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to identify opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them when solving business problems.
• Design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, and identification of alternate delivery services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
