About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell National Pension System (NPS) products for HDFC Bank (CPA vertical) through webinars and video calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging online presentations.
- Understanding customer retirement needs.
- Closing sales remotely.

- Day fixed shift with one rotational week off.
- Proven track record in B2B sales management and corporate onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant call centre experience - Reviewing and Analysing Process Metrics
Qualifications
- Experience: 3.5 Years includes a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead sales/banking (Mandatory).
- Experience in the National Pension System (NPS) is highly desirable.
- Experience in financial product sales (preferred).
