Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Marathi language lessons for primary learners, aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Conduct classroom instruction.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom behavior.
• Create an inclusive and safe learning atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers.
• Participate in school meetings and events.
• Communicate regularly with families and guardians.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Education, with the ability to design age-appropriate learning activities in Marathi.
• Teaching and Elementary Education skills, including experience in managing primary classrooms and supporting diverse learning needs.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with learners, families, and colleagues.
• Fluency and literacy in Marathi (reading, writing, speaking).
• Working proficiency in English or Hindi for school communication.
• Relevant teaching qualification or diploma in Education, preferably focused on primary or elementary schooling.
• Prior experience as a primary school teacher or Marathi language educator is beneficial.
• Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and record-keeping.
• Commitment to learner-centered teaching, inclusivity, and continuous professional development.
