About the Role

As a Project - Consultant, Technical Transformation at Deloitte, you will develop and configure Salesforce platform features supporting specific mission workflows within a SAFe agile delivery structure. You will participate in sprint ceremonies and PI planning, deliver production-ready code in an IL4 Salesforce environment, and contribute to a shared codebase across multiple feature teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Ability to lead projects or workstreams.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to provide clear guidance to others.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
