About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the test automation strategy across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
Job Title: Sr. Automation Tester
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the test automation strategy across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
- Define and implement an AI-driven testing strategy using Generative AI and LLM capabilities.
- Lead automation engineers and establish best practices for AI-enabled Quality Engineering.
- Define automation and AI testing KPIs, governance, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual testing effort and accelerating release cycles through AI-powered automation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Use AI for test case generation, test script creation, test data generation, and defect analysis.
- Explore AI-based self-healing automation, intelligent test execution, and test optimization.
- Integrate automation and AI testing into CI/CD pipelines and Agile/DevOps processes.
- Evaluate and implement AI testing tools to improve test coverage, productivity, and quality.
