Application Developer

About the Role

The Application Developer will design, build, and maintain software applications that support Zmitra’s strategy, social media, PR, and content operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Code and test features.
• Work with databases.
• Integrate internal and external systems.
• Optimize front-end components such as stylesheets for usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Software Development skills with experience in building and maintaining applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to web and application development.
• Hands-on experience working with Databases for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for front-end styling and user interface consistency.
• Experience with Integration of APIs, third-party services, and internal systems.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and follow clean coding practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
