About the Role

As a Chemistry Teacher at Apex Clinic, you will teach chemical and related scientific subjects online to various target groups, such as trainees, students, or employees in finance and consulting roles. This is a full-time position that can be performed entirely remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and structuring teaching units.
• Creating digital teaching materials.
• Conducting interactive live sessions.
• Providing individual support and assessing learning progress.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to prepare subject-specific content in an understandable way and adapt it to learner needs.

Qualifications

• Subject-specific Pedagogy and Teaching Design: Experience in lesson planning and chemistry didactics (e.g., Chemistry Education, Lesson Planning, Teaching), as well as in developing understandable, practice-oriented learning offerings.
• Scientific Expertise: Profound knowledge in chemistry, ideally with complementary basics in physics, to convey scientific interrelationships clearly.
• Communication and Pedagogical Skills: Strong communication skills, enjoyment of teaching, didactic skill, and the ability to explain complex content clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
• Formal Qualification: A completed degree in chemistry, chemistry education, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification. Teaching experience in school or university settings is desirable.
• Digital Skills and Work Style: Proficient in using online teaching tools, learning platforms, and presentation software. Structured, independent, and reliable work style in a remote setting.
