About the Role
- Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential.
- Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions with a base salary and full benefits.
- Base Salary: $46,000
- Year 1 on-target earnings between $80,000-$90,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
- Hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work).
Key Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
- Offerings include: Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
- Grow book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.

Qualifications
- Interest in switching career paths and moving into sales.
- Requires best-in-class training for career growth.
- 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job and ongoing companywide support.
