About the Role

This role is for a Junior Sales Account responsible for growing the business through developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The individual will collect information to provide a solid basis for developing functional and tailored technical solutions. They will actively support area managers in preparing sales meetings and aim to ensure maximum market coverage in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players.
• Communicating with customers and making outbound calls to potential customers.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Answering potential customers' questions and providing them with additional information.
• Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects.
• Updating CRM.
• Ensuring market coverage by maintaining continuous contacts with potential and existing customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Analysis and organizational skills.
• Reliability and precision.
• Knowledge in Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
• Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machines is a plus.
