About the Role

The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, responsible for overall strategic direction, business growth, and operational excellence across global delivery units. The Owner oversees long-term vision for AI products, software engineering services, and enterprise solutions, ensuring they align with market needs and the company’s mission of solving real business problems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in founding, owning, or leading a technology, AI, or software engineering organization, with accountability for strategy, P&L, and business growth.
• Strong background in AI, software development, or enterprise technology (e.g., applied AI, SaaS products, ERP/CRM platforms, cloud infrastructure) and the ability to make informed technical and business decisions.
• Demonstrated capability in building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Track record of developing and executing long-term business strategies, entering new markets, and scaling services or products globally.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills for engaging with enterprise clients, partners, and internal leadership.
• Experience managing complex delivery environments, including multi-country operations, compliance with standards (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR), and large-scale projects.
