Our mission is to move seafood from being a fragmented commodity market into a modern, transparent, scalable, and value-driven category. We are now entering our next growth phase and are seeking a Co-Founder cum Investor who can bring both capital and strategic leadership to scale the business nationally and internationally.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on Co-Founder & Investor who:

• Invests capital into the company (amount flexible, aligned to growth phase)
• Actively participates in building and scaling the business
• Thinks long-term and builds institutions, not just short-term exits
• Has experience in one or more of: operations, supply chain, FMCG, food, retail, exports, finance, or technology

This is not a passive investor role. This is a builder + owner + operator role.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Co-define long-term vision, growth strategy, and capital allocation
• Help shape the roadmap across sourcing, processing, tech, branding, and expansion
• Participate in board-level and founder-level decisions
• Capital & Fundraising
• Invest personally as a Co-Founder
• Support future fundraising (VCs, family offices, PE, strategic partners)
• Help structure funding rounds, valuations, and investor relations
• Business Scaling
• Scale sourcing (boats, farms, contract farming)
• Scale processing, cold-chain, and logistics infrastructure
• Expand B2B and B2C distribution (retail, horeca, export markets)
• Market Expansion
• Drive expansion across India (new cities, kiosks, warehouses)
• Lead or support international market entry (Middle East, Europe, USA)
• Build strategic partnerships with retailers, exporters, and institutions
• Operational Excellence
• Improve margins through better procurement, yield management, and loss reduction
• Strengthen quality systems, traceability, and compliance
• Build scalable SOPs and governance frameworks
• Brand & Ecosystem Building
• Help position Inor Fresh as a trusted national brand
• Support marketing, partnerships, and thought leadership
• Represent the company with investors, regulators, and strategic partners
