About the Role
The Insurance Specialist will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting clients with their insurance and financial protection needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing client requirements.
- Explaining policy options.
- Recommending suitable insurance products through the brokerage’s partner network.
- Preparing and reviewing quotations.
- Processing new policies and renewals.
- Coordinating with insurers to resolve queries or issues.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Following up with clients on documentation and payments.
- Providing clear, timely communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support business growth, compliance, and process improvement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in basic office software and documentation management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices.
- Foundational understanding of Finance and related concepts.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs, pay attention to detail, and maintain accuracy in policy processing.
- Relevant experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Agency Channel experience (B2B channel).
