About the Role
The Associate ServiceNow Developer position, internally known as an Associate Technical Consultant, is part of AHEAD's LAUNCH – Associate Development Program. This program includes a 3-month training period focused on ServiceNow solutions within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice. Upon completion of the training, there will be opportunities to work on client projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow) solutions.
- Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50%+ of the time).
- Existing U.S. work authorization is required.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a degree in a technical discipline by 1/11/2027.
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus.
- Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp.
- Working knowledge of Application Development.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $88,000 a year (On-Target Earnings, includes base salary and target bonus)
